General info and Policies

We operate out of Slim Man’s Parking and E-Z Parking. Both are located a block from the ferry dock and findable on Google Maps. On day of pick up you will make your way to the designated location

Completing a reservation steps and requirements

  • 20% deposit to hold the reservation

  • A copy of your license

  • Proof of insurance via personal policy or credit card

  • Flight information

  • Name of your villa or hotel on island

  • No need to sign the agreement as we will have you do that on day of pick up

Pick up process

  • 48 Hours prior to arrival you will receive an automated email with pick up instructions and directions to the pick up location

  • As long as required information mentioned above has been received the pick up process is quick

  • We will ask for your ID to match up with the agreement, we will have you inspect the vehicle and mark any points of concern on the agreement, there will be spots to initial and sign on the agreement. The attendant will go over a few driving tips and guidelines regarding the vehicle and getting around island safely.

  • Pick up times for rentals is between 2PM and 8PM and must be returned by 11AM. If necessary these times can be altered to better suit your needs if manageable with other rentals

Hours of operation

  • Our office hours are 8AM-5PM. As mentioned above vehicles can be picked up before 8PM, after the office is closed, as long as all information has been received prior to arrival.

Parking

  • We operate 2 parking lots in Cruz Bay, Slim Man’s Parking and EZ Parking. Slim Man’s is open from 7AM-10PM and EZ Parking lot from 10AM-10PM.

  • Please note parking is NOT Included

  • Once on island speak with an attendant about rates and parking passes

General Rules

  • Must be 25 or older

  • Smoking in the vehicle or taking the tops of jeeps will result in a $250 fine

  • First additional driver is free. Each additional is $10/day

  • No trips to Lameshur or St.Thomas

  • STAY LEFT

  • Only listed driver’s are allowed to drive

Cancellation Policy

  • If a reservation is cancelled outside of 3 weeks we will refund the deposit minus a 8% credit card processing fee

  • Reservations cancelled within 3 weeks are subject to no refund of their deposit

  • Reservations cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival will be subject to full payment of their rental

    • If we can find a replacement reservation we will not charge the balance
